Ninety coached video lessons across seven skills, plus a film room where an AI measures your mechanics, grades them out of 10 against your own level, and lets you compare any two sessions side by side.
Filter by skill — numbered in rally order
The AI scores your technique for you. Record a rep or upload a clip. A pose-tracking model runs inside your browser, follows your body joint by joint, measures your mechanics, and marks each checkpoint itself. You don't score anything by hand.
What it can and can't judge. It measures your body — joint angles, timing, how far you travel. It cannot see the ball or the net, so checkpoints that depend on those are left blank instead of guessed at. Every mark it gives shows the measurement behind it, and you can overrule any of them.
Step 1
The AI grades against this skill's checkpoints, so pick the one you're actually practising.
Your level
The AI grades against standards for your level, so pick honestly — overstating it only makes the marks harsher.
Step 2
Film side-on with your whole body in frame — that's what the AI needs to measure you accurately. Analysis starts on its own as soon as a clip loads.
Turn Skeleton on and scrub through — if the tracked figure doesn't follow your body, the AI's numbers won't be worth much either.
Step 3
Scorecard — what the AI marked, and why
Your notes
Step 4
Each saved session is compared against your own past sessions for the same skill.
